As lingerie are intimate garments, soiled items (make-up, fake tan, detergents, deodorant or personal stains) as well as any garment not in their original condition, or with components missing (such as detachable pendants, straps, harnesses or chains) will be deemed as unacceptable for return and these items will be posted back to you.

In order for a return to be accepted the garment must be in its original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact with absolutely no signs of wear. Returns of full price items are accepted within 30 days of purchase for exchange or credit only. Final Sale items and Flash Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
